When I got the pack and play, it came broke so I decided to contact customer service. They replaced it and they were very helpful. The best experience I've ever had with customer service.

I bought this playpen for my son back in July of 2023. So far, it's been ABSOLUTELY amazing. The changing table was a huge help the first few months, as well as the bassinet. Now that he's grown out of that the playpen it's self is his favorite place to hang. It gives me a piece of kind knowing he is safe, playing with toys, relaxing in his playpen.
I brought this for my granddaughter and I Love it. It's beautiful so comfy for her The bassinets material is soft and minky with breathable material where her head lays so no suffocating THANKS
My Daughter Love it. She use it as a bed and my Granddaughter sleeps like the princess she is
*I received a sample I will be using this playard for sleeping if not at home, for our youngest. She seems to like it too. Since she walks now, she is not in it for long; just when needed.I love how it has music, so you need batteries if you'd like to use that part. It's easy to put together.
A little bigger than expected but still great
Bassinet and changing item is removable but not to be used stand alone. Does not vibrate but plays a Dixie song, online says hold up to 50 pounds box says 30.
