We bought this for our grand daughter - The Mrs had this together in no time and grand daughter loves it - Close to the floor so no worry about high falls (she less than 2 yrs old). The drawer is pretty big and good for storage. The only draw back is the parts aren't numbered so you need to take your time to see which part is for what. Otherwise, excellent.
I bought this for my sons 3rd birthday and he absolutely loves it. The perfect transition from crib to toddler bed....only wish the underneath draw would hold more things.
This bed is durable, cute just the right size for my daughter and the right price for me, Lol. My daughter is in love with it and she gives me no problem at bedtime. Best investment thus far!!!
My daughter turned two in July and shortly thereafter, we found out we are expecting another little bundle of joy! So we decided to get her into a big girl bed ASAP so she wouldn't think the baby was stealing her crib. She watched (and helped) my mother and I put this bed together, and the whole time saying her new favorite phrase "big girl bed". It is sturdy and love the drawer! I have found her sitting in the drawer (when she is supposed to be napping) and was very pleased at how well it has held up to her weight. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great stepping stone to a real big kids bed. Great product at a great price!!!
I purchased this toddler bed for my grand-son (17 months old) Daddy said it took a good 2 hours to put together. When it was all put together it looked fantastic. Made from solid wood, so will last way past the time my grand-son out grows his toddler bed. The drawers are a plus!! They are not very deep, but a great place to store extra bedding, story books and things like that. The best part was watching my grandson show me his new bed. He climbed in and out several times. With big smiles and grins! He has slept very well in his new toddler bed. No more crying for Daddy to get him out of his old baby bed... I would recommended this bed to any one shopping for a toddler bed. The quality is great. Better yet the price!!! He sure is a happy little boy!!
This bed is absolutely adorable and a super great price. My husband had to put this bed together though, way more involved for the low amount of patience that I have. My husband is a carpenter by trade and therefore is very, very picky about how things are made. He was actually impressed at how well made this bed was and he said they even used decent wood. A huge compliment coming from him. I love the bottom pull out drawers below the bed, perfect for books or puzzles.
I think this bed was well worth the money I paid. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the assembly directions. When alphabetically labeling things, DON'T double up. Wooden pieces were labeled the same as screws. Not that I can't tell the difference between the two, but the jumbled together directions would have you missing sections because you 'see' it as one item when it's possibly the other. Grandson loves the bed. It didn't take more than half an hour to assemble.
I bought it for my daughter for Christmas, and we ended up giving it to her early. She loves her "big girl bed". My husband who is very good with tools and putting ANYTHING together had a hard time with this. It took him 3+ plus hours to get it together. Also, in the picture it looks like there are drawers underneath the bed..there are not. They open but they are certainly not drawers. They're about 3 inches deep which was rather disappointing. The rails aren't very long either. I had to order my daughter a bed rail at 4 am on her first night in the bed when she rolled out of it! :( Other than that it's a pretty bed!!
My advice would be to check your package before you leave the parking lot! I am very disappointed in the condition of this "new" toddler bed. This was a present for our daughter's birthday, and we waited to open and assemble it until that evening. There was a huge chunk of wood missing from the round top of the footboard, and several hairline cracks in the headboard, too. Try telling a 3 year old that she can't have her big girl bed because it has to be returned! I was able to fill, sand and repaint the damaged areas, but if I had wanted to spend time painting and repairing, I would have bought a USED bed at a garage sale!!! I guess the only positive thing about this purchase was the site-to-store delivery time. I would give that 5 stars.
We bought this bed thinking it would be great to have storage for my son's clothes.... boy were we wrong! The drawers fell apart while we were putting them together. The hardware literally broke in our hands as well. Bad design, horrible materials, don't buy this bed! Pay the extra money for a good reliable product.
