This product was terrific, I added to a little bit of ginger ale and it helps me sleep through the night
This product is excellent. It's the best I've found to help me get a great night's sleep. One thing though, you must have eight hours available to sleep. But then, you wake up feeling well rested.

Love this powder. I sleep like a baby!
I am taking ambien cr but takes forever to fall asleep. I originally bought this for my husband, but it actually helps wind me down at a decent time to go to sleep. 30-45 min versus 3-4 hours on the ambien. Works with it perfectly and the taste isn't bad at all!

I absolutely love dream water. I work retail mgmt and my hours are all over the place. I down the hatch one of these guys and within 30 min I'm in dreamland.Sometimes it works within 6 min. It's worth a try. I have a container with about 50 of them at my bedside on the ready!
