The chalk pen did not mark well on the fabric I purchased! Very disappointed! I should have just used a piece of regular chalk! The chalk pen was too hard %26 did not make a mark on my fabric!
does not mark on black material was not worth buying the item
This pencil does not work on the fabric
Doesn’t work. I tried it on fleece, cotton, denim…not even a slight mark. I tried it on cardboard and it left a faint line, but I’m not sewing cardboard, so pretty pointless. I also tried it on a variety of colors, and nothing.
Cant make or see the marks, even on black cloth!
I wish I had read reviews before buying this -- I have a black dress I need to hem and wanted a marker so I could see a bit better when cutting. It would be REALLY helpful if this pencil actually WORKED. Not even the faintest hint of a mark when I tried! I even sharpened the pencil, thinking maybe there was something on it preventing it from marking. Nope. DO NOT BUY.
I didn't like the marking pencil because to use it you really had to push hard on it and it still didn't mark the material
Does not mark. I should have read the reviews. Having the same problems as everyone else. Ugh. And I made a special trip to the store for this. Dritz. Shame on you.
Doesn’t work. Can’t see it on fabric, not even black, and it’s a white pencil. Waste of money.
This is really not worth the time, it barely marks even darker fabric, i soaked the tip in water to get it to soften up and it worked for one or two dashes but then dried and remained almost invisible. As for the water soluble clean off, the wet marks made, took some brushing to get rid of them. Pay a little more and get tailors chalk or felt tip dissapearing marker. Cannot reccomend this pencil at all.
