This Cobalt X23 comes with a POWER PACKAGE. Power Package is an agreement from us that if within 18 months of purchase if the battery(s) on the unit are deemed non-chargeable or defective we send out a new set with the return of the old set. This is a $500 value and goes 1yr beyond most normal manufacturer warranties. The Cobalt X23 Power Chair seat has four height adjustments from 20" to 23". The armrests flip-up to easily transfer the user from one place to another and are also removable if needed. The armrests are height and width adjustable while the controller is adjustable in length and can also be mounted to the left or right arm rest for easy customizing. It includes a footplate which can be flipped out of the user's way and can be adjusted in both height and angle. The cobalt comes w/ a standard positioning belt and armrest-mounted reflectors for security and safety. The tires are flat-free and non-marking and the motor assembly offers easy freewheel operation.
