I got this chair for my 79 yr. old father, it works great, he can walk short distances so we use the chair for longer trips.
Very well made and is exactly as pictured. The description varied had me worried at first that they may send whatever arms or foot rests they had laying around but it arrived just like the photo shows. I ordered on a Sunday and it was delivered by Friday. Only assembly was putting the snap on foot rests which by the way do swing out of the way if needed. The seat and back are slightly padded but I added a cushion for added long term comfort as suggested by a friend. It has two convenient handles on each side of the seat where you grab and lift to collapse the chair easily. Very pleased.
Very sturdy! great price for the quality! Received within a couple of days (way earlier than the expected delivery date)!
The back of my wheelchair broke. I don't know how and i don't know what to do about it.
Bought this wheelchair for my 91-year old mother. I am very happy with it so far. Two things could have been added.... one being a pocket at the back and a seat belt. Previously, a transport chair was issued by my insurance company. I really like this chair because it is lighter and has much better balance with the large back wheels than the transport chair. Thank you Walmart for making this order so easy!!!!
I am an Emergency Medicine Physician who is nonweightbearing secondary to a calcaneus fracture. I am using the Cruiser III W/C and foldable walker. I am thrilled with the equipment and it allows me to work again in a Level 2 trauma center again. I need to be functional Drive Medical got me moving again! Bravo!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) A very competitively priced lightweight wheel chair for inhome use. Its not hospital grade but for home use it is ideal. periodically check wheel lugs and brake adjustment. Set up from new is good
Only slight disappointment I noticed is that the large wheels have a fairly hard solid rim, as opposed to an air filled or softer rubber tire. Not sure if this would affect the smoothness of the ride on different surfaces.
This model has a desk arm. I wanted the full arm model. I talked to the company (Bisco health.) I never opened the shipping box.. What do I have to do to return the item. I have ordered and received the correct item from another supplier.
This wheelchair was delivered on Monday afternoon. The plastic pieces for removable arms are VERY sharp and will cut you. The hex nuts, located near the brake handles, will BRUISE your wrists. By Tuesday night, my mom had multiple bruises on both wrists from the poorly manufactured product.
