had been ill for awhile and very unconditioned. This small to fold up to go into a closet.
The peddler is nice and sturdy and does not slide when using it;
Only exercise equipment I ever bought that my husband actually enjoys using. Love that it tracks calories, steps and time. Easy to use. Easy to reset display for each use. Great for the arms too. Runs so quiet that we pass time watching a TV show and don’t even realize we used it that long!

I bought this because of a back and knee injury which prevents hard exercise on bigger equipment. I use this on a table while sitting and it is building my arm strength back as well as helping lose some of the weight I put on while injured.
Helps to keep me mobile. Already came put together.
Pro: Heavy enough that it does not move around, even on my wood floors, when I pedal. Cons: The straps on the pedals are too small for my feet (women's size 11) and I had to remove them. The pedals are too close to the base of the peddler and my feet hit the metal bars that hold the pedals to the base. When I am peddling I have to be aware of this flaw and make sure my feet are on the outer side of the pedals.
It did come fully assembled. However, there are problems. The most important is that it really doesn't work for leg pedaling, although the arm pedaling is fine. Next, the legs are on put on correctly, and the whole thing wobbles. It also slides around on every surface. The instruction manual is for another model. There is no battery for the led display, and getting the battery case open seems impossible. This could be a fine product, but as it stands it needs im provement.
Pros: I liked that there was a tension knob, item came fully assembled, is quiet-enough when using, and arrived in a timely way! Cons: Item not as-described (i.e. not blue, for starters!), digital display never turned on, and tension knob provides insufficient resistance.
Computer part died after 3 uses. Not really impressed. The point of it is too count the number of times you go around and calories burned, and the time spent going., But the fourth time I went to use it, it didn't work. I replaced the battery, and nothing.
