The top and bottom would roll up/down with movement .to wash hair or feet. Maybe with experience it will get better.
Did not fit well, emailed Ithaca Sports about 2 weeks ago to return it and they have not yet contacted me back.
I have returned for refund. I could not get the bulb to squeeze out air. You pump once and then have to wait. The garment didn't have a good fit and was uncomfortable
Product does not work at all. You can pump all day long & it will not be waterproof
This product should be taken off the market! I feel like I've been swindled and apparently the item can't be returned. Next time, I'll heed the bad reviews!
