I am Extremely impressed. It had great durability and great quality for the price that I had paid. highly recommend, I would give it a 5 out of five stars altogether.
Just wonderful to keep out the bugs but it need more tape bc after a few days it's falling!
The magnets should be stronger. I like it tho. Funny to watch my cats and dogs try to get through the magnet screen. Lol. Keeps the bugs out. The bottom dangles so I would hang it higher than the door frame. Definitely practice with the sticky felcro covered tape before applying to your wall.
We received our order promptly. We attached the screens in the doorway per instructions but ran into a few issues. The first was something we didn't even consider but should have: the magnets kept attaching to our METAL door rather than each other. We fixed this by gluing additional magnets to the back of the screen's magnets, which effectively repelled them from attaching to the door. Second, the magnet seam does not effectively re-seal when you exit the room. You must turn %26 physically pull the magnets/screen seams together. As we purchased this to help keep bugs from entering the house after people do not close the door correctly, this was a major defect for us. We tried rehanging %26 re-adjusting the product several times, with no effective resolution. The bottom of the screening continued to hang apart, which prevented a re-seal. The product should probably be manufactured with some weight %26 stiffness at the bottom in order to work effectively. We did not try to fix this additional problem as the seams on the product tore after a week of use, so we trashed it. Product was useless %26 a complete waste of money for us.
The netting ripped apart from the edging in multiple places just from entering and exiting the doorway within just a few days. Two of the magnets also came off. Those were easy to put back but this could be dangerous with small children.
I thought this was going to be the cure for not having a storm door but to my surprise after having it up for a little over a week it's doing all kinds of fraying feels like spider webs when you walk through the whole thing is falling apart very bad quality.
It fell apart after only one day on my door. The quality is very thin. I regret not returning it upon arrival.
when this package arrived after installing this item to my surprise the threads are unraveled leaving a big hole in the screen i had to duct tape it to be able to use it for my planned event
Within a day of this being up, it started unraveling at the seams. There was thread flying all over. Today, after being up for a little over a week, there's holes all over where the screen has been stitched. I'm very disappointed in this purchase.
I was so excited to put this up because my kids leave the sliding glass door open all the time and at least this kind of closes automatically because the magnets. But this is so cheap that where the magnets are attached all of them are almost ripped off because the fabric is so thin and cheap. I thought it would still be okay for a while but mine lasted a whole 4 hours before It ripped more.
