[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got these for my aunts house. She refused to get new windows until spring, so she wanted to weather tight her old ones. These are very easy to use and go up in a flash. They adhere quiet well and you can actually see how much they keep out on a windy day! I would highly recommend the trusted Duck brand!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so ready for the colder months with this kit. I am using it in my greenhouse to conserve warmth and soak up the sun during the day. It's easy to install and really keeps the wind and drafts out and allows the sun to continue to shine through. I need one more kit and I'll be set!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing product! I absolutely love it! It is super well priced. It is packaged well and works amazingly. This product is absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Duck Rolled Window Kit Indoor Five Pack Sixty-two inches by Two hundred ten inches. The window film in this kit is extra heavy duty so it does not rip or puncture easy once it is installed. I have lots of old windows in my house that are very drafty. We have super cold winters where I live so covering the windows is a must. This kit comes with everything you need. You first apply the tape to the surface around the window and then apply the plastic. It is really quite easy you don't even have to measure first. Once the you apply the plastic you just trim around it. The next step is to use heat from a blow-dry to shrink the plastic for a tight fit and also it seals the tape around the perimeter. The plastic gets clear and you are done! Easy Peasy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Duck® Rolled Window Kit - Indoor, 5 pk, 62 in. x 210 in. it's great for all year long. It keeps the hot air out when hot outside and cold breeze out in the winter. It sticks great and last till you take it off yourself. It's so easy to put up and doesn't take too long. This is a huge hit in my home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so much easier to do than I first anticipated. I would however recommend 2 sets of hands to make the process quicker. First you take the double sided tape and line the window frame, next measure your plastic, cut , peel off double sided tape plastic, stick plastic to tape and then get your blow dryer and do your shrink wrap. I was amazed at how it looked like glass when finished. I am almost certain this is going to keep those dreaded winter drafts to a minimum.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fall and winter is coming! This is easy to put up. With winter coming this will be nice to block off a couple of drafty windows I have. It will also help to keep the heat in and cold out.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older home that has cracks where air escapes and air comes in. I used this during the summer months to help keep the cool air in and the hot air out. It has worked well so far. I don't have to run my AC at all times to keep my home cool. I'm hoping this works.well for the winter as well! It's easy to put up. You can see through it. No fogginess. Works.well.
I just bought a box of the heavy duty shrink film. It is so hazy and foggy looking when I look out my window. It's never looked this way in previous years. Also they barely give you enough tape to finish. I'm not happy at all with it, but don't feel like buying more and re-doing it all. Guess I'll have to look out of these all winter.
There is an exceedingly small margin for error with this product and I'm otherwise a pretty handy individual. I love other Duck products, but this one really missed the mark. The only way I'd recommend it is if you had really small windows and used some other kind of product to attach the plastic to the windows.
