This little ball is AWESOME for sore feet!
I use these extensively in my massage practice and give out to at least half of my clients. They are great for working on the plantar fascia of the feet. Clients love them and Walmart allows me to give them away because of their low price!
The Rubz massage ball provides nice foot relief---a bit better than a golf ball because of its spikes. Before buying, you can try a golf ball for a very similar experience to see if it's something you like. I find the Walmart price of approximately $5 well worth the money; however, the internet price of $20 from other providers is too high; I would just stay with a golf ball for that money. ---M@, September 8, 2014
low cost, sturdy, feels great

I have tried many massage balls for my foot and hand pain. For some reason those other balls are not effective, even if the appear similiar. I found this at a local store and purchased. It worked great very happy with it, we moved and somehow it got "lost" So I went back to the store I purchased at, they no longer had it. So searching online found that I could order at Walmart.com. Probably should have ordered 2 since it took so long to find this same one again. I have no clue what makes this one effective. There are alot out there very similiar, they however did not bring any relief and that is the MOST important thing. Relief for me is achieved.
I was a little skeptical about my purchase but once it arrived and I tried it, it immediately delivered a lot of the tension in my feet. I stand for 10 hours a day on a concrete floor and my feet are in severe pain at the end of the day. This item does the trick to relieve 90% of the pain and my feet feel refreshed in the morning.
I am in love with this massage ball. I will be purchasing another. It is perfect for your hands and feet as well as the whole body, especially if you have someone to aid your back!
The first time i used this, I didn't think I'd be able to ever use it, it kinda hurt/kinda tickled. But my foot got used to it and it does help. The results don't last for a long time, but when you're having pain, its definately worthwhile to use.
I was hopeful for this item but was disappointed. It is smaller than I expected and a bit too firm. There are areas on my foot that hurt when I use this.
