Absolutely new and so cute .I love it
The reviews really scared cause I didn't read them before I purchased it but my Dyson arrived exactly when they said it would and works perfectly! I love my new Dyson
I absolutely love this thing. 1st one I got had a defect. Sent it in for a replacement and took forever like 2 months. And a few headaches later I ordered another one and love it.
I was worried about the state of delivery after reading the reviews but this package came in a Dyson box. All of the attachments are clean and look good as new. They work exactly as intended. I can't speak to the longevity because I've only had it for a few days, but a 1 year Dyson warranty and 30 day return period is included with the purchase. I recommend this product.
The storage box was missing inserts that kept all the attachments organized. Just cardboard. The smoothing/hairdryer attachment would shut off occasionally. The light would blink meaning the air filter was dirty but it was the first time I used it. It was missing the round brush attachment and detangling comb. I will be returning it, and might just buy a new shark styler or new Dyson if I can find a good deal. On the plus side, I love how easy it was to style with the air wrap attachment. Glad I got to try it out.
missing Round volumizing brush
Very negative experience using Walmart.com to purchase from a third party retailer (Dyson). I purchased a refurbished unit sold and shipped directly from Dyson. When the box arrived it was shocked to discover several missing pieces including the main dryer/blower. Three accessories were packed in the storage box that was missing the lid and internal dividers. The accessories were in like new condition. I attempted to contact Dyson through the customer service number provided multiple times but was met with 60 minute wait time. Using the online chat, I was told by Dyson that they could not find or see my order since it was purchased on Walmart.com, mind you this is sold and shipped directly from Dyson. Walmart.com directs you to contact Dyson for any issues with order. I next used “contact retailer” on the Walmart.com. Three days later, Dyson replied with an email to return the item through Walmart. I initiated a return through and was informed that a refund may take as long as 3 weeks after receipt. My return status now shows my order contains multiple shipments that I haven't returned. I've owned several Dyson products and have been happy with all of them, just know results may very purchasing refurbished items through Walmart.
I didn't like the appearance, everything was dirty, the combs were also all dirty, the packaging was dirty, when I opened the box I ruined all my clothes. I felt like it had already been used
It was ordered for a valentine's day gift. And the color I ordered was important. It arrived on time, but the color was different! It was very disappointing.
I encountered the most terrible service imaginable! They sent me a used refurbished item! And I bought it as new! Nowhere was it stated that the product was in terrible condition. The product arrived in a terrible dirty box that was almost falling apart. The original Dyson box was missing inside! Inside, the case was all dirty, shabby, with a huge pile of dust! The hair dryer itself had signs of use, the filter was dirty, the body was worn and scratched! Inside the case there was no shelf for storing the hair dryer itself, instead there was an ugly cardboard, but it should have been velvet! When I contacted Walmart, they didn't even apologize. Some employee replied, “Well, you can make a refund.” Just awful. I will never buy anything from Walmart again.
