Exactly what I was looking for-canister, bagless, great suction. Tools are easily accessible and do not fall off when using. Some very low pile carpets are a little labor intensive to clean just because suction is so intense, even when using the release. That is a good problem coming from an owner of a new vacuum -different brand-that just pushed 1/2 the dirt around.
Vacuum did not come in original box. The box it was shipped in was partially open. It was not listed as a repackaged, return, or not in original box. Just very typical of Walmart's less than honest business practices. The vacuum itself works very well.
I was looking for a cannister vacuum cleaner. When this went on a major sale, I purchased it. I am very happy with it, especially the suction power that Dyson is known for. It is not the fault of the vacuum cleaner... I have not found a place to store it easily.
I purchased this vacuum when the price was a bit lower so I kept it. The suction it's really good, I'm highly satisfied, however pushing back and forth it feels odd. I really dislike that I cant take apart the canister to wash it out. Overall it's a good vacuum with pros and cons.
Bought this to replace Dyson canister I'd used for approximately 10 years. It is a bit heavier to pull around but is easier to empty dirt %26 lots of cat hair. An adapter was included so I can use attachments from my old vacuum (power upholstery %26 hard floor attachments) instead of buying new ones. Overall I think it will be a good replacement for my old Dyson.
This vacuum does a great job. It's just too heavy to use. I wish it went from carpet to floors without pulling a button and holding it out the entire time.
As I said. I love its appearance! But it first hard to store, second dust container is too easy to open. I dumped all dust on the floor few times while I took it off from the vacuum. It just opened entirely right after I take it out. And everything time I have to take everything apart in order to set them down and store somewhere nicely
Vacuum had great suction and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets but after a couple of weeks the performance and suction declined drastically and continues to disappoint. I have checked the hoses for blockage and cleaned the brush head in an attempt to revive the initial performance but was unsuccessful. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless you like replacing a $400 vacuum monthly.
The ball is heavy and hurtful to drag behind.
The vacuum is not well made . I have had it now 2 months . The power nozzle has a gasket going across the bottom, so you dont scratch the floor it fell off and got tangled in the nozzle. when removing the canister to empty, it is releasing its contents onto floor. It does have good suction . I contacted Dyson and the only solution was to send to a repair center and see if repairs are covered under warranty.
