Had for an entire month and honestly i need to buy another one for the bedroom. Having a fan that can do all three and with all the technology abilities it can do i get why it's costly. Well worth it.
I'm a clean freak. I dust, vacuum, mop our bedroom and entire home weekly. The HP01 is used in our bedroom that has hardwood flooring. Below is pictures of filter replacement. If these pictures don't sell the product, nothing will. This mighty machine is amazing! Guess what, I'm buying one for our daughter's bedroom and one for the family/TV room off our kitchen. I own Dyson vacuum that's is phenomenal. Don't waste your money buying something cheaper...you get what you pay for!

We have the vacuum brands and are very pleased with it wife and I saw saw this and decided if vacuum has that great Suction power then this air purifier should be almost the same well we purchased it and we love it if there was more stars I would give it a 10 love the product enjoying every time we use it the thermostat inside for the heater feel so safe shuts off when it reaches the heating degree then starts backup when it gets cooler and in cool mode is just phenomenal it circulates the air perfectly
LOVE THEM, LOVE THEM, LOVE THEM!!! I have owned a HOT+COOL for years. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased two (02) recently.
Currently waiting for the 3rd party seller to send the correct color. I wanted the black/nickel and paid a little more for it because more than likely it will be out the entire year for cooling and heating. I really should have listened to that little voice in my head that said "no 3rd party seller for an item this costly". But I didn't. So I ending up paying for black/nickel and received white/silver. Now I am waiting for the vendor to send the right color and pick up the wrong one. I'll come back later to let you know how well it works. For now, I'm giving it 4 stars based on my experience with Dyson. I'm sure it's probably a good product. I own a Dyson V10 cordless vac and I love it.
Product came with some scratches, which for this expensive of a product shouldn't.
The heat function is horrible. i bought a vornado heater for $89 that is quiet and heats much better, amazingly better.
DRIVER DID NOT DELIVER PER INSTRUCTIONS! LEFT AT BACK GARAGE DOOR. USUALLY I CAN DEPEND ON UPS. NOT THIS DRIVER!
