The only “negative” comment is that it would have been beneficial to have an actual handle. Also, the brush piece should be larger to cover more area with each sweep. Positives are that the initial set up and use is very easy and emptying is a breeze. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this vacuum and I couldn't pass up a Dyson at that price. Great job Walmart!!
I bought this because Dyson had a great sale going, and everything I've purchased over the years for my hardwood floors only picks up particles, but left dust behind in streaks. This machine catches everything and even buffs the floor to keep it's shine. Incredible product for me.
Love this little vacuum! I've had a Dyson Animal vac for several years that I loved. I had to replace it and bought the Omni. It whips through my house (all hard-surface floors) in nothing flat, picking up dust, crumbs, and hairs so quickly! Easy to empty and store. Very happy with it!
This replaces the old hand held vac that was so noisy and inefficient. I am always in awe when I see how much dirt that quiet little stick vac pulls in.
I just received this on January 9th and I'm very much enjoying the ease of using it to clean my hardwood floors without worrying about scratching them. If I could make one suggestion it would be to make the handle thinner and more comfortable.
I tried out the Dyson Omni-Glide Vacuum, designed for hard floors. Its omni-directional head navigates smoothly around obstacles. I loved the push-button operation and how it easily slides under furniture. On a full charge, I got 20 minutes, which might be short for larger spaces. While it's efficient on hard floors, it's less effective on carpets. Being a Dyson, it's pricey, but for those prioritizing design and innovation, it's a consideration. It's great for urban homes with hard flooring but might not suit larger spaces or mixed-flooring homes.
I bought this a couple of years ago and initially was very happy. But if you have people with long hair in your house it's very frustrating. The little castors, and the rollers get jammed with hair and don't move. I've tried everything to get the hair out of the casters, using cutting tools and scissor. I realised I spent more time cleaning the vac than cleaning with it. I Looked online to replace the casters instead and they're out of stock. I've given up as expensive lesson learned.
I bought this before I looked in my records and released I had owned one before. It just stopped charging and Dyson customer service was not helpful. I tried to cancel it before it was even shipped and Dyson said it couldn't be done. How can you not cancel the item before it's shipped. Anyways I had to refuse the delivery and now I have to wait till they get it back. I am so done with Walmart. Amazon gets all my business now
I bought this back in July and by October it would not suction. Dirt would come back out the bottom! Lucky I have a warranty and they are trying to work with me to get the right parts replaced! Ugggh
Unfortunately I just received mine about a week ago and the rollers on the bottom do not spin I was so excited about getting a Dyson and it was disappointing that it didn't work and I have to go out of town just to send it back
