Arrived super quickly and package in good condition. So convenient to have this around for quick access around the house without the hassle of cords. Dyson is top of the line for a reason. Great design, great suction, easy to clean dust bin. I would get another one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dyson is just amazing, I have a small house so there is plenty battery life to do so. It cleans so well that I just can't believe it took me so long to but it! Cleans my space rugs super easy(my long hair and my cat hair is gone!!
Great suction on our hardwood floors!
One of the best vacuums I have purchased in a long time, very much so worth the price tag for its agility and easy usage, amazing suctioning power with an easy to empty bin without hassle or difficulties in emptying.
I am not an expert at cleaning the new hardwood floors, but my one week of experience so far has been wonderful. Lots of "after construction" work going on right now and the Dyson is wonderful to use. Only time will tell if I will feel this way a month from now.
I bought this a month ago, I didn't even need it because I also bought a Dyson Animal 3 around 4 months ago. While it never match the power + suction of the Animal 3. It's not a heavy vaccum I'm moving room to room, that's limited by the cord I'm always sick of winding up. Battery life could be a better.
I couldn't wait till I received my vacuum. But when put the pieces together to vacuum on the second day, I noticed that there was a cracked in the upper port of the vacuum. I don't know whether I need to return it to the manufacturer or return it to Walmart to get a new one. But I need one ASAP.
I bought this a few weeks ago and the particle and auto detect features don't work at all.
When this product came up in the Walmart app, I quickly jumped on it thinking it was a new V 15 detect. When I received the product which I will say was really quick, I noticed it was And the edges scrunched up of the box when I opened it there was no instructions or registration papers for the unit. Also, the unit itself appeared to be used. I could see fuzz on the rollers and there was no taping around any of the hard plastics. So now I'm trying to deal with the company that actually sent it, which is retail king.com. Hopefully they will send me another one or give me my money back.
Shipped without power cord. You were notified and did nothing. Very poor service!!!
