I previously had behind the ear aids. I really like the in-the-ear aids. I hear much better and I really like the support you offer. Your customer service representatives are very helpful. I'm nearing the 45 day deadline but I'm not sending them back!!
The hearing aids have worked very well. I am very satisfied. Sometimes I have a little trouble putting them in my ears, but I manage. I see them as fragile and I'm afraid that when I take them out the string will come off, but I'm probably wrong because their manufacturing has been very careful.
I am a 69 year old Triathlete and, needless to say, I was very reluctant to purchase hearing aids I so desperately needed because of the stigma of appearing old! I finally went to an audiologist who recommended a $6K pair of hearing aids and I said there must be a better way. I found EARGO online after doing my research and decided to try them out. They have exceeded my expectations. They are very small, easy to insert and barely noticeable. I have been wearing them for a month and my kids don't even know yet that I have hearing aids. In addition to them being barely noticeable, the sound quality is excellent and I feel like Superman sometimes. I am hearing things that I haven't heard in years, like my wife talking from the next room! I highly recommend EARGOs for their size, value and quality!" You have a great product at a fair price.
I have been very happy with them, and extremely impressed with the support from Eargo. I had previously tried a competitive brand of over the ear hearing aids, and I did not like them. Putting on or taking off reading glasses or sunglasses sometimes pulled the hearing aids off my ears. The Eargos are very light and comfortable and so far, I have had no problem with them falling out.
I can tell you from being an Eargo Max customer that the new and improved version is amazing. All the short comings have been addressed and the outcome is unbelievable. The program sync and noise cancelling in my opinion the most impressive improvement. I recommend Eargo to all my family and friends. Thank you so much for keeping me from getting divorced.
I previously had the Eargo Neo and used them for about 3 1/2 years. I had one problem at the 2-year point and Eargo replaced them. When my Neo finally went out, I researched many different brands and decided to stay with Eargo as I was very satisfied with the quality of the device but just as much because of the excellent customer service. I was never disappointed with any contact I have had. Since the Neo is no longer available, I opted for the SE model. I've had them a couple weeks and again I'm very happy with the devices and the service. The price was also very reasonable, and I received a discount as a returning customer. I definitely recommend Eargo and give it 5 stars! I like the addition of the Sound Match application to personalize the hearing experience.
I genuinely love my Eargos! My wife and daughter too, as they tell me the number of “whats” from me has declined to practically zero! Truly amazing. And they really are essentially invisible. Lastly, your customer service has been impeccable. Please keep up the good work.
I love these Eargo SEs! They seem to be a wee bit smaller than Eargo 7s and I like not having to clean and replace (when needed) microphone end caps. The sound quality is clean and crisp from bass to treble. The packaging of the devices and accessories is well thought out - it's these little details that make a big difference to me as a customer. It has been a pleasure doing business with Eargo - your website is easy to understand and navigate and everyone I have spoken to or e-mailed has been very helpful! Keep up the good work! I am trying to persuade my sister to get hearing aids - Eargos, of course!
Customer support has been excellent - I cannot recall more responsive and helpful support from another company! I purchased the SE hearing aids. I am pleasantly surprised to find the Eargo SE app is so useful. You can track on your phone 4 different environments, easily select which one you want and adjust its volume settings. Eargo's hearing test, which you can re-take whenever you like, seems very much like the in-store hearing tests you take at other companies for their more expensive hearing aids - with Eargo, you simply take the test at home and Eargo automatically configures your various environments accordingly. Thus far, I am a happy customer!
I've had the Eargo Neo HiFi since they were your “latest product”, so for a while. Before making that purchase, I had a very expensive Livingston behind the ear hearing aids and the recurring visits to a doctor. They were very uncomfortable to wear, especially for a long time. I wore them for 3 years or so until I tried the Neo HiFi. My first response was appreciating the comfort. I wore them 16 hours a day and never took the out due to discomfort. The new Eargo SEs are better than the Neo HiFi hearing aids for listening and set up. I like being able to use my phone to change the program. The feedback cancellation is great, a really nice improvement. They're not as comfortable as my previous Eargos but I'm starting to adapt. The cleaning process is also different, and better, I think.
