Great for positioning.
Eventually your bolsters breakdown and you have to replace them... or you have extras for different locations and/or whatever. Earthlite bolsters have worked for me for decades. This one works just like all the others have - client leg & back comfort.
The bolster is exactly as expected. Well constructed, with sturdy easy-to-clean fabric, as described. It is a very good addition to making my clents more comfortable during sessions.

This is much better than the lat pillow I was folding to provide support. It is very firm. I would liked it more if it was a little less firm. My personal preference.
I purchased this bolster because I am a massage therapist and the half-bolsters that came with my table aren't big enough. Most bolsters from massage supply companies are very expensive, so this one fit the budget that I have. The strap makes it easy to place properly.
I purchased this to use while in bed to keep my knees elevated. While it's a well made product I'm finding it a tad too firm. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep or use a softer bolster pillow I found at another store.
