Excellent value and exactly what we needed for our space. Had some hiccups with the first group of Handy experts send for install but all broken pieces were replaced and a new team was sent to complete the install. Overall extremely happy with our closet purchase!

I LOVE my closet! I just wish the holes were not visible on the outside pieces.
I really like the closet organizer. It was easy to put together and looks great. My problem with it is they shorted me two drawers and I contacted them they said they would e-mail me back but never did after being on hold forever.
Some of the railings were too long. My wall measured 10ft wide; however, the Ashley closet is 10.5ft, and I really needed about 11ft of wall space. One of the drawers broke during assembly. Looks ok overall but the specifications online are misleading. We had to install it a different way jn order to use all the materials. The railings also had to be trimmed with a cut off disc.
Poor material. Handy services was used to install. One guy installed half and my Husband had to finish it and put up the second unit.
