Great content. Love the touch screen. Recently a new update came witg interface i had a mirror and when it got cancelled i bought this.
A great product, with great classes. I enjoy boxing, core, and stretching classes.

We like the potential that the Reflect has to offer — the variety of fitness classes provides so many fun options. But… it does not link to our fitpass classes or overall workout totals within the Echelon fitness membership app. I wish we would have known that before purchasing. We probably would have chosen to purchase the Stride instead.
Wish I could return. Display is horrible compared to others, options are minimal. Don't use anymore just store it and make.payments on trash item. Daddymav@gmail.com
The mirror is a great product but having to pay $400 to use it is ridiculous. There should be other membership options available. Had I known I would have to pay $400 to use it I wouldn't have purchased it. I don't pay $400 for an actual gym membership.
I purchased an echelon reflect and it arrived I was excited to change up my workouts. What has ended up happening is that I have spent hours trying to get this thing to work. I have talked to multiple “support” reps who bless their heart seem like they want to help. I can sometimes get the device to connect and try to get a workout in but the moment I walk away I can't connect again. Then the device regresses back to a QR code which is like trying to set up the app and device from scratch. It's been a vicious circle. I've been asked to submit pictures, videos, do resets and more. I believe the device is bad but cannot get anyone from the warranty service team to do anything? So if you have money to spare, time to waste and don't want to work out this is the product for you!
Reflect Touchscreen Half works. Disappointed it does not work in the capacity that I'd like. Analytics for heart rate and ovals unable to track. Had expected it to work w iPhone or Apple Watch for heart rate does not sync progress and workouts with connect bike. Unable to usb cellphone or iPad to it. Can't use with family members who are not in physically in the household. Nor can I use it away from the device. It would be nice if it had that option to use with iPad or iPhone.
I recently purchased the Echelon Reflect 40 during a Black Friday special, and I can honestly say it's been a regrettable experience from the very start. This product's numerous problems have left me questioning why I wasted my hard-earned money. The major issue revolves around the necessity of using the Reflect app, which, in theory, should enhance the user experience. However, the reality is far from ideal. After installing the mirror in my home gym, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I attempted to install the app. The QR code, supposedly the gateway to fitness bliss, failed to cooperate with my Samsung S23 Ultra, leading to a frustrating online search for the app. To add insult to injury, the app turned out to be incompatible with my phone, leaving me dumbfounded and irritated. Not one to be easily defeated, I attempted to salvage the situation by using my daughter's iPhone. The app did manage to download, but my enthusiasm was short-lived as it promptly crashed upon login. Undeterred, I turned to my Lenovo tablet, hoping for a smoother experience. While I was able to download the app and log in, the workout selection screens failed to appear on my tablet. Instead, an error message disrupted any hope of a successful workout session. Closing and reopening the app only led to more frustration, as it repeatedly informed me of a bug and recommended reinstalling once the developers got their act together. Hoping for a lifeline, I contacted Echelon's customer service via email. The response I received bordered on absurdity, advising me to uninstall the app, ensure my devices were up to date, reinstall the app, and try again. I had already undertaken these steps, but I begrudgingly humored their suggestion, only to encounter the same set of problems. The saga continued as customer service requested a copy of the sales receipt, the app version, a screenshot of the error, and the serial number of my Reflect. Retrieving the serial number required removing the machine from the wall since, for some unfathomable reason, it's located on the back rather than the more accessible bottom. After providing the requested information, I received a thank-you email acknowledging my "prompt response" and was informed that my case had been elevated. I was assured I would be contacted once the problem was fixed. In summary, selling a machine so heavily dependent on an unstable app is a blatant disregard for the customer's time and investment. The Echelon Reflect 40, in its current state, should not be on the market. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a more reliable fitness solution.
