This workout machine is great! Was very easy to set up and once you start using it you will feel the burn. I have it set up in my living room to exercise during news programming in the evening after dinner. It has really helped level out my glucose levels by doing so.
Wow I love this thing. Especially the facts that it's easy to move and no electricity. It is hard which shows I need it and great for getting the bum in shape.
I would love to have a stepper of my own but the that's a permanent decision and it's just me and a home gym, I'm not at that point in my life. This stepper is amazing! I did think I was stronger then a was and laughed at the highest level tension but that was at 5 mins…then after that I didn't stand a chance! Awesome workout, space saver and convince. I recommend this buy you get exactly what you see awesome burn! I am very happy with my buy! Honestly.
Impressive machine! Fairly easy to assemble and move around as needed. I consider myself to be in good shape but this machine made me reconsider that lol! Felt the burn 3 minutes in! Looking forward to using it daily. Highly recommend!
I do like this product don't get me wrong, but maybe one week after starting to use it it started squeaking. The squeaking noise has gotten louder and louder. That is my biggest complaint
I purchased the stepper a couple months ago but immediately was disappointed with the feel and instability of the machine. The handle feels unstable if you hold onto it and the entire machine squeaks when you are on it. When I have the machine on the highest incline my chest is pressing against the panel making it uncomfortable. Though it is a good workout, it doesn't feel like the machine would uphold to everyday use very well.
Horrible quality, broke down two times.
I was excited about this stair climber, seemed to be the perfect addition to our fitness routine until during set up it shifted and slammed down on the top of both of my feet. My shoes protected from breaking the skin or bones. Terribly painful and bruised. Could have killed a small pet or seriously injured a child. No sympathy from Echelon, either. Returned it. Very disappointing.
I really like the design, simplicity and motion of this machine, BUT, after a couple days use my stepper developed a squeal. I learned this was an issue with the flywheel and that adjustment was needed. IMO A customer should not have to be adjusting a brand new machine but I digress. I have adjusted the flywheel 4 times. It gets better and then the squeal returns every time after about 10 minutes of use. BTW, I have a first class home gym and have extensive experience assembling and maintaining fitness equipment. So I contacted customer service and my case was "escalated" since I had already tried their recommended solution to my issue. I contacted Echelon by phone and sent several emails and was told that I would need to wait since my case has been escalated. That was about 5 months ago!!! At this point it is obvious that they have no real intention of doing anything about this problem. If it were not for the "squeaky, squeaky, squeaky" every time I use the machine I would love the it. Huge space saver, no plug in required...I mean it is great. But and this is a big BUT the way the company has handled my problem is totally unacceptable! Stuff happens and "things" that have moving parts have problems sometimes but it needs to be made right and that has certainly not been the case with my stepper.
I would give zero stars if I could. I received a faulty stepper and the customer service in this company is basically non existent. I have been calling and emailing them for over a month now. I bought this to have a cardio machine for the winter and now winters almost over and I haven't been able to use it. It makes a terrible DEEP grinding noise and sensation when you use it. I have oiled it and tightened any screws. I sent a video and they agreed something was wrong and I need a replacement but have not sent it for a month. Every week I call or email and they keep telling me they're working on it and never send it. They never even call me back so I have to keep taking time out of my work day to follow up with them only to get the run around again and again. I'm at the point where I am going to file a dispute with my credit card and will contact the BBB. Feels like a scam at this point so all I want is to return it and get my money back and they won't even respond to that. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Echelon support, PLEASE GIVE ME MONEY BACK
