Works great! A great help keeping your floors clean
Works perfectly well especially on tiles/ hardfloor. We have a dog and it helps to pick up all the hairs . Good under the table or places that you can't reach or vacuum. Battery good for 2 hours.
We use it on our Berber carpet and tile. It cleans very well on both surfaces. This RoboVac works flawlessly with our Google Assistant. The google phone App allows allot of customizable features and controls. I really like that you can customize the cleaning schedule for different start times on different days. The vacuum battery life is very good compared to similar models made by other manufactures. If you have an active lifestyle, it helps keep floors clean "in-between" the deep cleanings you would do with your normal vacuum.
I love it. It picks up a disturbing amount of pet hair every single day. I have a Sheltie and two cats. Works on carpet and hard floor. The app tells you when ‘main brush is tangled'. It does need help sometimes with pulling hair off the roller, gets stuck etc but still way less work than the regular vacuum
i have enjoyed turning Beulah on and then going on with my business.
A very good little robo-vac, does a good job and is quiet enough to not scare my dog. My only criticisms are that the bin is a little small and it occasionally gets stuck on cords and cables.
I've only used it for 3 days but so far it works well. I can't find additional features on the app yet and owner manual not very in depth

I do not recommend ecovacs, bought one online, a month after acting up vacuum doesn't work. They sent me a battery, then a replacement, replacement didn't work either, would not return my money or have the replacement fixed. I have a piece of junk vacuum sitting in my house. Stick to the classics, they've been around longer because they stand behind their products.
