Best purchase! took me a month to decide on a robot vac due to mixed reviews but im sooOoo glad I chose this one. My bigest thing was the noise level and let me tell you, this vacuum whispers while cleaning! It does a great job with picking up crumbs (chips/cheerios) and its kid friendly (couldnt upload video but my 1 yr old can touch it safely) happy mom here
Runs all over the house doing it's thing scooping up all the dog and cat hair and whatever else is on the floor. It gets right up on the baseboards too.
It works great , we Love it.
This is my second Deebot. I have pets and sand so my first one wore out after six years of daily use. I tried another brand and took it back to order another Deebot.
It works! It has a couple of issues. It sometimes can't find it charging dock. It sometimes gets hung up on things (uneven surfaces) room transition is one example. The dirt collection isn't very big and must be emptied after every use. Overall it does a pretty good job and keeps me from sweeping the kitchen 15 times a day.
First time buying a robot vac then it turns out I got this one for a good deal, very happy with it so far, the only thing I don't like is it goes everywhere, kind of to the same area but everything works!

Not compatible with 5g wifi
I am giving this DEEBOT two start because of excellent customer service. DEEBOT product itself has many issues. (1) Evovacs claiming this DEEBOT should run about 110 minutes but it is not true. It is running about 45-50 minutes with STANDARD suction power. It is running about 55-65 minutes with MAX suction power. It is about 50% reduction in runtime from the company's claim. (2) DEEBOT is not returning to it's charging station and it dies in the middle of somewhere in the room. (3) Evovacs mobile app is not schedule auto cleaning as it is not in the eastern time zone. Example: If I need to auto start cleaning at 10:00 am EST then I have to schedule 6:00 pm EST in the evovacs mobile application. Mobile application is configured in another country. I changed the country settings to the USA but it is still wrong. At the time of writing this review my DEEBOT is with the company for the repair.
I haven't been able to use it. The brushes that came with it are not visually like the manual or any examples or videos on the internet. This is not supposed to be a refurb, so I'm a little confused. It looks like two of the brushes were cut in half.
