I was skeptical about purchasing because I was seeing how others were saying this was a waste of money and that it didn't work for them or that they've even been given already used codes. I'm not sure how true that is although I thought with the discontinue of Origin to EA App maybe some may be confused. You need to already be logged into your Origin/EA account and go to EA.com/redeem to put in your gift card code through your web browser. Not certain if this may help anyone out there but as for this being a legitimate product it definitely worked for me and I had no issues.
The 10-digit code they send you does work. You have to enter the code in the right place. Login into your EA account. Do Not - click on "Redeem Product Code" Click on "Payment Methods" to see your EA wallet. Click on "Add More" button on right side. Type in your 10-digit code in the "Code Card" box under "Add Funds to Your EA Wallet". Click "Check box" for accepting the Terms and Conditions Click "Submit button". Now, you have just added money to your EA Wallet.
These worked in the past, but Walmart cancels my order whenever I buy them. I tried to order this twice so i can buy the new kits for the sims 4 without having to make 4 separate purchases. But it won't let me buy the item.
What is going on??? I just ordered from Walmart a day a go and order just about 2 times a WEEK with the same card!!! ...and today I want to purchase this EA card because I do not want to enter my credit card information on the EA website, nor do I want to re-enter my ENTIRE credit card number that is on file at Amazon for verification just to order games off of EA. I purchased a $50 egift card via Amazon to order off of EA just for Amazon to make the egift card NOT OPTIONAL to purchase the game of same value. Yall cancel my order because of unusual activity?? The only thing changed on my account is my email address. the reason i changed it is because I don't remember the password to my old email address and that is why I log on via yall sending me a text code to my phone EVERYTIME!!. I knew that if yall sent a this card code to my old email address i wouldn't be able to retrieve it and sending it to the phone was not an option.
IT DOESN'T WORK IT WONT LET ME BUY IT EVEN WITH CREDIT CARD!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!

Bought two cards at the local store. Neither works either at eagames.com/redeem or thru Origin and trying to add them to the wallet. EA Tech Support said problem is not solvable and closed the help ticket. Walmart as per the terms on the receipt will not issue a refund.
I don't like the fact that you keep canceling my order for a dam $25 dollar game card That I am trying to purchase for my grandson. I will not do business with you any more.
