No need to throw, er, provide shade to these impatiens. Lovers of sun and heat, SunPatiens flowering plants grow well in all summer conditions, including hot and humid. Large, 2" pink flowers atop dark green leaves for beds, containers, window boxes, and more from spring to first frost. Feature in a border as the middle layer of color, with a lower plant in front and taller plant behind. Pair with companion flowering or foliage plants that enjoy the same amount of sun as SunPatiens varieties do. Prefers a rich, well-drained soil that is consistently moist.
