Notice: this particular model installs INSIDE of your computer. If you want the one that just plugs in between your wii u and your TV you need the other model. I did not know that until I picked up my elgato hd pro 60 but I easily installed it myself and I've never even seen the inside of a computer before. Keep in mind that your computer needs to have the proper port inside also. I got this elgato so I could record myself and my son play games and after hooking it up it displayed on my computer like it should but as it turned out my computer does not meet the minimum specifications for RAM and processor speed so I couldn't actually use it yet. Customer service is fantastic. I called them to help me get to the bottom of my problems and they were friendly, patient and easy to understand. Can't wait to record my precious memories soon!
this is wounderful everything works really smooth.. look up reviews in youtube to learn more about it. :) Plus Walmarts shipping even gets fedex to deliver on weekends!! Not even Amazon does that!!
I pre-ordered this product the moment it was announced and have owned it since it released and I have had zero regrets. I have been making Youtube videos for a long time and have used a number of capture cards, but Elgato continues to put out quality products that I trust. This was an upgrade from the HD60 and one of the biggest reasons I upgraded was the zero delay between live gaming and video recording. On some cards, there is a slight delay or you can't actually see what you are recording at all. This was huge for live streaming and allowed me to focus on my monitors and not my TV. The quality is top notch and I personally love Game Capture HD software, especially because I can make my own screen shots. I was a little intimidated by it being an internal card and having to install it myself, because while I am fairly technical, I am not build my own computer technical, but it went in very easily and I've actually moved it a few times between computers. I couldn't imagine using anything else.
This HD Game Capture Card performs as advertised. Quality product. It is worth every penny paid! Great deal on the card from Walmart online.
Smooth transaction and just what we needed for live stream
I bought this 5 years ago, and i'm still using it, and the quality is still awesome. Totally Recommended. The only thing I would like is the option of use the internal encoder with OBS (You can only use the internal encoder with Game Capture software), but, overall, a awesome and a great product, even today in 2020
buying from Wal-Mart.com was so easy so fast and the best. I placed the order on Sunday and by Wednesday it was already here and the cheaps price I Could find anywhere the Elgato he 60 pro is awesome works way better then what I thought it was
I have over 1,000 YouTube subscribers and I've always had the original Elgato, when I purchased this upgrade it opened a new door to start live streaming at higher resolutions and it's definitely worth it! Plus with the HD60 Pro your preview screen is exactly whats going on from your Monitor or TV and there's almost no delay. Its absolutely beautiful and I got a good deal ordering online from Walmart. :)
The HD60 pro was everything I needed and works perfectly. However the software with the HD60 did not. I bought the HD60 for live streaming but I kept having issues with lag, stuttering, and quality issues on my stream. After spending days trying to fix the issue I gave up on the software and tried OBS software instead and it has its own bugs but I was able to get it working the way I wanted it.
It works amazing in my computer. It was really easy to set up, just plug and play. I use streamlabs to stream and it had no problems using my hd60 as a source. Sadly I can't use it for PC gameplay due to the fact I use DisplayPort, but for Xbox ans Switch, it looks amazing.
