My motto has always been if an appliance is not in use then it needs to be tucked away in a drawer or cabinet so it doesn't distract from the kitchen decor making the countertops appear to be cluttered. However, The Elite Gourmet 1.2L Adjustable Temperature Electric Honeypot Glass Kettle in blue is an appliance that has earned itself permanent position on my countertop! The kettle is wonderfully designed and not only looks beautiful, but it works great and I find myself constantly reaching for it through the day. The kettle can be used for making hot beverages as well as for oatmeal, noodles, oatmeal or any other food that requires hot water. The kettle lights up when it's in use and automatically shuts off when it reaches the desired temperature. It is easy to pour and also includes a hidden storage compartment for the cord. I would definitely recommend Elite Gourmet 1.2L Adjustable Temperature Electric Honeypot Glass Kettle to all my family and friends. It's well designed, easy to use and pretty enough to display!

This product is great for coffee drinkers like me. Who need their coffee at all times I was able to take this to my office and heat up my soup inside it also. The options are endless you can even heat up hot chocolate. The water temperature gets pretty hot quickly which is a great bonus. The pot is classy and easy to clean and store.

It heats up quick which helps me prepare our coffee fast during breakfast. The lid has a filter which is perfect for tea. For boiling water, I just press the switch down and sometimes I prefer to use the dial to my desired temperature. The design is so wonderful and so useful especially that I can wash the inner part of it without damaging or touching any electrical wirings. It's great during trips because its small and it doesn't take so much space. You just have to be careful because its made of glass. Overall, I really like it and I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be the cutest kettle ever. I love the design, color and how fast it heats up. The blue lights inside are a great feature. I had taken my pot off the base to wash it ... but did not unplug it. When I set the pot back on the base, the lights lit up and it went straight to heating. A good design to let us see the systems activity if not paying attention. I suggest unplugging it after each use. Very well made. Manual is very easy to read up on, too.Enjoy your beautiful kettle and stay safe too.

I drink different types of teas and before receiving this kettle, I would do the "boil and cool" method using a stovetop kettle. Since receiving this kettle, I haven't looked back! This is the perfect size for 4 cup or less brewing. The variable brewing is different that the one button push to boil. The kettle does "burst heating" where it heats and stops in short bursts until it reaches the temperature indicated on the dial. It takes about 5 minutes to get to a proper temperature. This kettle heats water FAST at an exact temperature and it will keep reheating the water if you keep it at setting (good for day long tea drinking or single bag users that drink a lot of tea!) If you're into tea and you're looking to find a reliable kettle to keep water at the proper temp for various teas this is for you. I love the blue light (reminiscent of the blue flame on a stove) that illuminates the active heating inside.

I also like the design and the fact that it is made of glass (more hygienic and easier to clean). I flip it on, and my the time I am done prepping my tea cups, with lemons, agave and the tea bag, the water is ready. I accidentally clicked the on button when the kettle was empty, and it automatically shut off. That is a great feature incase there are any accidental clicks.
