A great little kettle. After reading other's comments, I STRONGLY recommend reading the pamphlet that comes with it. I'd wager their problems would evaporate. This pot is quick, tidy, and much more practical than my old stove top model. Water boils in half the time, it shuts itself off when done, and cleaning is easy; a keeper.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really amazed by how quick this kettle boils water. It's just within a few minutes! We particularly like using it for tea, hot chocolate, and instant oatmeal or any other foods that need boiling water, such as ramen. Filtered water is recommended and the swivel base keeps the kettle secure. This does not take up a lot of space on the countertop. The thing that makes the kettle interesting is the illuminating blue lights that are on once in use. They shut off as well as the power switch once it hits boiling. I prefer using the kettle over heating up water on the stove.
I wanted a smaller kettle for my RV, since I will be the only one using it. This one fits the bill and is just cute as can be! I love the blue glow while it is on and heating. My other kettle does not have this feature, so it is easy to forget to turn it on. (I hate that sinking feeling in the morning when you think caffeine is eminent, only to come back and realize you still have to wait. Groan!) I also like the clear body so you do not accidentally forget to fill it up. (Same reason) It heats quickly, and it takes up very little counter space, which is a must in a camper. The cord is very thick and sturdy, which makes it stiff right out of the box. My husband says it is to keep the cord from overheating. It turned to be more pliant then I first thought, so it is not a problem. I would prefer that the base have a little more weight. Being so light makes it slide around easier on the counter, but a bit of removable adhesive putty takes care of that. I have not used the kettle much, so I have not tested the longevity, but so far I am very pleased.
This water boiling portable is great i can use this to cook my soup.

So very easy to use, looks very attractive, and has a very wide opening so it will be easy to clean.Shuts off automatically after it boils for a few moments which is neat. The outside does get very hot. This product is much more durable and high quality. It is working properly and without any problems.I love the look and build of this product. I ordered and it literally arrived one or two days later, this electric kettle is perfect for my morning Cups of Tea. 1 liter of water is sufficient for me to get through the morning and afternoon. being paralyzed from the neck down it was difficult to read the manual included in the box so I emailed them and they were awesome and nice enough to send me a PDF so I'm able to access it on my phone. I will definitely be purchasing another one when mine breaks down from wear and tear. Takes less than 5 minutes to boil 1 liter of water so it serves its purpose perfectly for my situation.

It has a convenient wrap around chord hideaway underneath the base for easy storage. Pretty blue lights turn on when you press the start button. It has automatic shut-off so you don't have to worry about forgetting it. You do have to use cold water to start. From start to finish it takes about 5min and 23sec, according to my stop watch- and that's with a water level close to the max line.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy to have this kettle. My grandkids love hot cocoa, and this pit holds enough water to make cocoa for all 4 of them at the same time. With it being glass, and having the blue light in it, they love to watch it as it starts to bubble. That's almost more fun than the cocoa. This makes hot water fast. They are children so we know it's a bit to hot for them right out of the kettle, we remedy that with an ice cube or two. It is also great for tea and quick ramen noodles.

It took about 1-2 mins for the water to start boiling and after 3 mins, a fast boil. I really like the blue lights that light up when it's on. Its a pretty effect and also helps me to remember to turn it off (auto shutoff also included) and not to touch it. The kettle holds up to 1 liter of water and is marked accordingly. It also includes a mesh filter at the spout which is bonus. The only con is that the base is somewhat flimsy and slightly difficult to control the cord and base at set up (not a game changer just and observation). Overall it's a great product for tea, hot chocolate, coffee, soups, etc...
I received the kettle used. The bottom of the kettle where the base is located is discolored and they just packed it up and sent it out as a new item. Do better. They also raised the price on this item so beware of inflated cost. This item is worth $18.99.
