I installed this in my living room entryway about 3 years ago. I absolutely love having cold water steps away anytime I want. Bottle filler is much faster than the fridge. Everyone who comes over can't believe I have one, and they all have to try it. Then before you know it everyone it using it. The only reason it's not 5 starts is because it's very loud. Obviously everyone knows what they sound like, but in a house (especially the living room) it's a bit much. Can't hear the tv when it turns on. But other than that I don't even notice when it's running anymore. Funny enough I even bought a second one for the lower level, but now I'm just keeping it as a spare since I have no idea how long these last.
