Unable to purchase large containers of Elmer's Rubber Cement in local stores, an art teacher friend suggested that I order it online from Wal Mart. It was less expensive (MUCH LESS) than the local stationer's stores and it arrived in less than 24 hours to my front door. The Shipping and Handling was only ninty-seven cents! We use a lot of this product and were very happy to be able to purchase it in this manner. Elmer's rubber cement is great for my projects because it allows movement of materials for a short time, there are no wrinkles in the papers and it is a "tight" hold. One of the best features is that if there is run-over, it can be rubbed off and leaves no stain. GREAT PRODUCT.
I have been using rubber cement for over fifty years, this is the worst excuse for rubber cement I have ever seen. I can spit on a piece of paper and it will do a better job, then this junk. It should be taken off the market
What good is a low price if WalMart can't ship it to ANY WHERE in my large city including Walmart itself? Walmart had to have a third party retailer (Tool King) ship it to MY HOUSE like everything else I buy on-line except instead of free shipping they tacked on a $17.00 shipping cost. If I hadn't needed it right then I would have sent it back……….at my expense. Rubber Cement was fine.
