Elmo Sesame Street orbz XL balloon 16" . This unique balloon is shaped like a beach ball with 4 different panel that have 4 different Sesame Street images. The size is approximately 15 inch x 16 inch. Balloon weight and balloon string are not included. All Balloons Ship Flat. Self sealing once inflated.

Balloons can usually be properly filled at your local party supply store, florist and even some larger grocery chains will offer helium. For larger balloons or larger quantities of balloons, it may be more cost effective to rent a helium tank from a party rental company or local welding supplier.
