It is long enough to be worn tucked in or out pants. The arm length are perfect on me. Wearing with white jeans.

I loved the ruffled shoulders of this top. I wish the buttons were pearl snap or a little more western, and it buttoned all the way down but it's still a nice top that could be worn on the weekend, to work, or out on the town.
