This is a really nice monitor. I love that it is 27 inches wide. It is a full HD LED Monitor too. The resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels. The connector type is UGA plus HDMI. The brightness is 200CD/M and it's color is 16.7M. It has an H frequency of 30-80KAZ and a V frequency of 55-75-HZ. It comes with the monitor, stand, power adapter, HDMI Cable, and user manual. It weighs about 8.75lbs. and it's dimensions are 27.3 x 4.3 x 18 inches. If you are looking for a little larger monitor then this will be perfect.
Very impressed by this product. Very light monitor, can pick up the entire box with 1 finger and it was nicely/safely packed in the box. Has everything you need to use it as a tv or computer monitor. We use it as a computer monitor and it came with hdmi to hdmi cable, was able to set it up in less than 5 min and use it right away. plug the power cord to the wall, connect hdmi and power on - instantly recognized and able to use right away. Nice large display -we have 6 monitors and this is the one everyone is fighting for. Clear display, nice graphics/colors. The price is also unbeatable. Best Value for your $.
So far the Ematic 27 1920x1080 HDMI VGA 75hz LED Full HD Monitor is working well. After using it he last few days when it was delivered I needed to tweek the screen resolution ratio, because items on the screen where not visible. I like the fact that I could also connect a DVD player to the monitor. I decided to take a photo of my review displayed on this monitor.
The Ematic 27 inch 1920x1080 HDMI-VGA 75hz LED Full HD Monitor(ECM270) is a great everyday monitor for playing games, watching movies or just surfing the web. It has Great color and a crisp and clear picture. The control pad is on the bottom right side of the monitor and are easily accessed and easy to operate. The functions are labeled on the front bottom of the monitor and there is also a power on light there also. The monitor comes with the monitor, stand, power adaptor, HDMI cable, user manual and warranty card. Warranty is one year from date of purchase with a 90 day only on labor. Set up is a snap just attach the stand to the monitor then connect to a HDMI source or to VGA and plug in the power adaptor. push the monitor power button and your in business. The monitor tilts forward and back for user preference. If you need to make any picture adjustments the manual is well written and easy to follow and understand. The only adjustments i made was to select the VGA mode as my computer does not have HDMI, i selected the wide screen instead of 4:3 and i also had to move the clock to the left a few spaces and the manual showed me how to make the changes. After i was finished making adjustments it did not seem to be exactly what i expected but i figured i would get use to it but the next day when i woke it up it looked terrific and i don't know if it adjusted itself or what but i am completely satisfied. I can only find one con and that is the monitor has NO USB ports it only comes with HDMI connection and a VGA connector. My computer has enough ports for what i need so i am ok with it but that is why i gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Perfect for my needs! I was looking for a second monitor to hook up to my laptop now that Iâm working remotely. This monitor is perfect! Easy to hook up and the right size. Itâs wide screen so i love that. Gave it a 4 because of the stand. I think it could have been a little stronger. Other than that, the monitor is great.
The colors are bit pale, compared to my other monitor, HP27r, but overall it is a good quality for the money. For my purpose, which is mostly working remotely, it is fine.
I switched from a 20 inch monitor from 2000 to this beautiful 27 inch monitor with great resolution. I have an older PC so I had to buy an HDMI extender but it works. They only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it isn't adjustable at all. It doesn't rain or lower or bend back and forth. That would be a nice feature.
The size of this screen is huge and it's really easy to setup. I use it as a second screen with my desktop because I work from home from time to time. The screen comes with a two piece stand HDMI cable and a power cord. Quality: The screen comes off as a bit flimsy and is not as sharp looking right of the box and also when turned on. The image on the screen is not as a sharp as compared to the first screen that came with my computer. It's a letdown because both screens sit side by side and I can see Ematic screen considerably dim even after I set the brightness to high and tried changing display settings. Usability: As I mentioned it was really easy to setup out of the box. The stand comes in two pieces which needs to be connected to the screen. It was very to connect and the screen comfortable to adjust up or down. Once I plugged in the power cord and hooked the HDMI Cable with the Computer it just picked up the signal automatically and was ready to use in an instance. The ease of connecting this screen is definitely the best feature of this product. All in all Ematic 27 Wide Full HD LED Monitor is a decent product but could have been top notch if the screen display was adjustable in a better way
I bought two of these and one of the monitors screen is has a blue hew. I tried everything on the menu to fix it and it is not working. I will be returning this product.
it wouldn't stand up unless tilted upwards. Once I connected the stand, the tilt option was non-existent like the monitor was too heavy for the part. when I tilted it back completely it would sort of stand up but if you tried to tilt it where it was facing forward it would just fall completely forward facing down -no middle setting, and fall over. I tried calling the customer service number that was listed in the manual in case there were some additional steps I needed to take, but I received poor tech support from someone that didn't even think to ask me the model number, he just started explaining how to adjust the display (not even my issue) when I volunteered the model info he then said it's a model that they don't cover anymore. In the photo I had to hold it so it wouldn't fall over
