The price of the tablet was very good. I got the headphones, the case, the wall charger and the USB. The battery life is fair and I really enjoyed having it

I'm very happy with my purchase. Easy to set up and use. Connected to internet with one tap of the screen! I chose to download one of the many free books from Barnes&Noble just in case I hit a glitch. It was a breeze. Had to give my credit card number, but it was still free :) The book instantly appeared in my eReader library

First time i tried to use it to connect to the internet it froze up on me and has continued to freeze up when trying to use the internet. Won't connect to FB, gives error messages every time. Biggest problem however is that i got it to take on a trip and wanted to download a couple of books. I tried to download 3 books several days ago and every time i turn it on it says it's still loading them, which is pretty useless.

I bought these as a gift for my kids for Christmas (without reading the reviews) and Thankfully I opened them and was tring them out before I put them away for their gifts. THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY UPSET CHRISTMAS MORNING. You get what ya pay for!! The Apps was awful, they freeze up, you cant watch netflix, there isnt much you can do on them. It wouldnt let me upload apps, it was a huge dissappointment and glad that i didnt give them for the gifts, I returned them to Walmart and decided to get them a REAL laptop instead.

What a disappointment

I was really excited about buying this for my eleven yr old son for Christmas. I ordered it and received it about a week before Christmas. I charged it up and played around with it so I would know how to use it and assist my son with it if he would need it. My husband also played around with it. We were able to put a few of the free apps on. It was very slow, but I thought I could overlook that. I also figured kids are suprisingly smarter with electronics and my son might do better with it. We gave it to my son on Christmas Eve and he was happy with it at first. The three of us spent time on it. We only had about 4 apps on it and then it wouldn't put any more on. The memory was not full. It would just freeze up. We were really mad when we couldn't use the free $10 emusic simply because my husband had bought a different product two months ago that had the free $10 emusic. Emusic said we could only use one offer per household. I really didn't think that was right. This was a gift for my son and he couldn't get his own music? I signed into the Kobo and like another person noted, there was a note inside insisting we must use the touch keyboard. The touch keyboard never worked for Kobo. Also, we couldn't do much surfing on the web. I suppose I should have known better than to purchase this. To me, $100 is a lot of money, but in the world of technology I guess it isn't. So here I was thinking I was buying something pricey and wonderful, when in reality it was "inexpensive" and I should have known it would be junk. After a few disappointing days, my son had resorted to simply listening to music on it (music we already had--) and he pretended to be happy because he's a good boy. My husband suggested I return it and I hadn't realized I could do that. I was relieved. I asked my son if he'd like to return it and get something else. He reluctantly admitted he would LOVE to return it for something else. That is one thing I can say positive about this whole experience. I had ordered it through walmart.com, but I had the option of returning it to the store. There was only a short line and it was quick and easy. I was refunded my money. My son has something he likes better now and he is very happy.

Total waste of time & $

I ordered this for my husband for Christmas as an affordable e-reader & web browser/email device. The instructions are almost non-existent. We charged it overnight before using, had it on for 45 minutes, the "c" key would not operate. Apparently touchscreen only works for certain apps--was a separate insert saying only use touchscreen with kobo app. Well, we never got the touchscreen to operate for any apps. Brought up onscreen keyboard no problem. Used voice recorder once, listened to pre-loaded song & watched a short cartoon that was also pre-loaded. Attempted to check his hotmail. Browser (on our wireless DSL connection at home) kept searching, nothing. VERY slow. Turned off as showed needed charging. Attempted to turn on again 7 hours later--nothing happens...taking back to Walmart tomorrow for refund. Very disappointing, even in this price range.

Nice size unit to fix in hand, easy to operate. But the problem that I had was the unit keep freezing. The first week it froze 4 times, then I realize that this going to be a problem. Plus, the ebook is slow loading. Would not recommend.

Crashed (Virtually) Day 1

Response to turning on and off is sluggish - you really have to hold the button down. Turning on the machine there is no guide for what to expect, so when it took a while (rather than taking that as an omen!) I figured it was just part of it's warm-up routine. The second time I tried to access WiFI (on a reliable and safe network with which I am familiar). It froze, or crashed, or whatever you would call it not responding to anything including the on/off button. I literally just had to let it stay that way all the way home to Wal*Mart! There are NO CONTACTs for help in the User Manual to try to work out/address the problem, so my only option is to return. Do not buy. Books are more reliable. The library is cheaper too.
