To those who say this is hard to setup, it's true, IF you have a 5G router. The camera won't gonnect to 5G. It tells this on the box. However, I've yet to see a router that is not backwards compatible, with 2.4 as well as 5. Just enable the router to send out a 2.4 signal, and it connects in a heartbeat. I've had my first 2 for over a year now, and I got another. I don't know how long this will last, but it records great audio and video, either to the cloud, the micro SD, or your phone. You choose during setup. It'well worth the cost for the peace of mind...
It took me an hour to set it up. You have the option of pairing it via Bluetooth but it did not work. I had to use the QR code method listed in the instruction manual to set the camera up. You have to use the Energizer Connect app to connect with the camera and it does not work 99% of the time. This is the most worthless product I have ever bought. The quality is somewhat good, but it is not worth the hassle. I can only connect to the camera about 2% of the time in the app. Don't buy this!
