package looked ok on the outside, but inside package was broken and battery pack was peeled apart. tested batteries ar charged ok, so I'm not returning, but Energizer should work on its packaging supplies. bought another package from a different company, both had same problem.
I received this 24 pack of energizer batteries loose in a shipping bag, the original package they come in was included but completely torn apart, all the batteries are there but I haven't used them to know if they're any good
Unfortunately these batteries were unavailable. I messaged the shopper to inquire on alternatives and was ignored. My order was delivered without batteries and I received a notification via the Walmart app and text message “Walmart: your order has substitutions and unavailable items. 2 items can ship free. Edit by 12:02pm Reply HELP for help; STOP to opt out” to get my batteries shipped for free. Message and prompt for the app was literally sent at 6:02 pm cst, yet, I am supposed to place an order by 12:02 pm cst. This is literally 6 hours past the time listed in the text and prompt. I called about my missing batteries and the error message and was advised by a customer service agent that this is an error and they will email the store themselves and advise them to ship the batteries to me for free. I was advised to follow up the next day by calling back to Walmart in 24 hours if I had not heard back from the store. Lo and behold I call 25 hours later due to not hearing from the store and was told the batteries were refunded and I have to place a new order. I spoke with a supervisor and was told what the customer service agent told me is not true. My time was wasted, my money was wasted as I paid for shipping (the app did not advise that there was a low stock of these batteries) and I am very very upset at the lack of customer service I received yesterday.
The package of batteries were shipped in a large box that also contained a box of 5 reams of copier paper and crumbed paper for cushioning. The battery packaging was open and scattered the batteries. One battery is missing and likely fell out of the box at one of the seams.
I don't even know how this item got that many 5 stars. I should have read the reviews before, but I thought, it's just batteries and Walmart. I am also a victim of a package of loose batteries. Package was all busted up and wrapped in plastic, but still sloppy. On top of that the delivery driver threw about 5 of my packages all over the breezeway. I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt for my stuff. I don't even know if all these batteries are working. If you're picky about these kind of things, I suggest you order elsewhere, maybe even pay the extra 3 bucks full price. At least you'll know what you got.
We ordered a pack of batteries. They arrived loose in the box. They were well wrapped but the battery packaging was filthy and extremely damaged. This package was send to us unsealed and appears used. Very disappointed in the hassle of returning a box full of loose batteries.
Package already opened, loose batteries all over the place. Falling out of the smooshed shipping box. Batteries are all dinged up and scratched and some even have a little rust on them. Walmart won't give refund either unless I take them back in to the store which defeats the purpose of having them delivered what a waste of my time and money. Not even sure if the batteries will work they look so damaged.
When I received my package the battery package was torn open and all the batteries were in the bottom of the box. I just noticed a lot of other comments say the same. Are we getting used/returned packs of batteries? Would not recommend ordering batteries from this seller.
Received all batteries scattered throughout box. No packing inside. Really don't think they were in box before they were shipped bc the shipping box wasn't beat up much
Both times I've had to order from this supplier my boxes have been opened. And even though I can't prove it a few batteries have gone dead faster than others.
