I absolutely love this Enhance XL Gaming Laptop Cooler pad. The 5 oversized fans provide so much cooling I can feel the cool air on my forearms while using the computer. I was looking for a new computer and noticed the gaming computers came with multiple fans already installed. I didn't need the power of a gaming computer. And I didn't want to spend that kind of money either. I decided on this cooling pad based on the number of fans, the adjustable on/off wheel, and the ability to plug it into my computer. The on/off wheel is in the back of the pad. The wheel can be adjusted lower, to higher based on cooling power needed. Even on high cooling power it is quiet with the tv on in the background. With the tv off I do hear the fan, but it is not an obtrusive, or loud noise. It has an adjustable stand. I can keep it flat, slightly raised, or fully raised. I keep it in the high position most of the time. Another great component is the tabs that hold the computer on the stand when it is in the high position. I feel it is built better than the flimsy, easily breakable, one fan cooling pads I have purchased in the past. This is such a great upgrade. Only time will tell how long it last. But, I do know my computer will last longer using this cooler pad. That is the number one reason I purchased it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works exactly as it should after just a few days. The 17in laptop sits perfectly on the laptop fan and the temperature has decreased slightly. The fans are quiet, however, they could stand to blow a bit harder.

I do wish the fans were a little more powerful and effective at cooling the computer but other than that, I'm satisfied with the product overall.
The usb ports in the back are lose so the cord does not stay in very while
It didn't work or look like the one in the picture. I received one with only three fans, and it was blue. I'm not sure why, but I'm sending it back. The photo on the box and the product didn't match.
