I use the mini chips in many of my gluten free and vegan products. It is a great "real" chocolate option!
I use these for commercial gluten free/dairy free baking for chocolate chip cookies. I love how clean the ingredients are (only 3 of them)! They melt great in the cookies. I even use them In my household to melt down with coconut oil for melted chocolate in recipes. Enjoy a Life has nailed it with all of their chocolate chip options! 5 stars
I use these mini chips for baking a lot!! I also melt them in the microwave and make chocolate covered pretzels and strawberries!! I sell Pampered Chef and will be coming out with the silicone spoon mold... i just tried them tonight!
I use these to make GF muffins. They taste great and since they are small I can use half the amount of regular size ships without comprising taste. I buy these in the 5 lb bag. The bag is heavy duty and the zip closure is sturdy. I usually buy when they are 10% off which covers the shipping charges.
These are real, simple, and delicious chocolate chips! I have been searching for a chocolate chip without soy or sunflower lecithin. I have found my perfect chip in the Enjoy Life brand! Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter. Please never change, you're perfect the way you are. Also, PLEASE MAKE A WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP version of these chips! I have searched far & wide and cannot find an emulsifier free white chocolate chip to save my soul. I'll be waiting Enjoy Life!

Are these chips supposed to be almost white in color? The expiration date is 3-2018, but not sure about the color...
My family is a huge fan of the EL mini semi sweet chocolate chips but were surprised when we found the packaging had changed (from a yellow bag to blue) Thinking it was just cosmetic we bought a few bags but after trying them and thinking they seemed...off...somehow, were incredibly disappointed to find THE INGREDIENTS HAD CHANGED(?!) WHAT?! NOoO! WHHHYYY???? It seems they've removed the non alcoholic liquor and evaporated cane juice, which gave it a nice crunch and sweetness in favor of cane sugar :( They taste different and sort of gummy in texture now. Also, curiously they've gone from "non dairy" cocoa butter to simply "cocoa butter" ... not sure what that means. Sincerely hoping Enjoy Life is not phasing out the "old but gold" version. If so, they've lost some customers. I would only recommend the yellow bag version.
I recently bought four bags of morsels to make yummy protein balls, monash low FODMAP map. The chips came MELTED, about 80% of the product melted into a ball. not sure how I can use it? Melt it, chop it? I've purchased many products from this company. Everything is delicous! I also add chips to the overnight oats. SOS! Any ideas!
