I turned to Ensure Enlive after delivery complications caused me to lose all of the gestational weight gain plus 10 lbs! You might be reading this wishing you had my problem, but I'm a single mom and was finding it very difficult to heal my own body while caring for a growing, nursing infant 24/7. I was pressured by my mom & sister to try Ensure over and over again to gain my weight back, or at least half of it, until I finally did on my own because I started to scare myself by looking in the mirror and seeing a skeleton! So, after I came home from the store, the 1st thing I did was put it in the freezer & after a while I drank it w/hopes of being what I wanted it to taste, and it actually did! Now, I have "FINALLY" gained 10 pounds and I have 10 more pounds to go in just 1 month! Honestly for me, my body is so overwhelmed with prescriptions it is a miracle! I am a 32 year old female. I am 5'11 and live a very active lifestyle, including my job; I do 5 hours of massage 5 days a week (mostly deep tissue), and have a very hard time getting enough protein and calories. I have been drinking two ensure enlive's everyday for the past two weeks and it has made a world of difference!! I have more energy, and have already noticed more fullness to my face! This product has made it so much easier to reach my daily caloric intake. I drink 2 a day, which adds an easy 700 calories including 40 grams of protin. For people just trying to maintain good health i think one per day would do the trick; it just depends on your goal. (I am trying to bulk up a little bit, and have already gained a few pounds: )) So grateful for this product!!
The previous review is wrong, there is no high fructose corn syrup. There is simple corn syrup...a big difference. I've used the chocolate and the vanilla and they taste delicious. What I love is that I'm not hungry after drinking one. Having to be on a liquid diet for a week this drink made it easy. I felt healthy and strong and other than a desire to chew something I was satisfied.
Great product I use the enlive as my post workout shake for the high protein, and carb content to refuel my body for recovery. It also has the HMB which is the awesome feature. I would like to know how much they really add, that would be nice to know.

Tastes great, and very convenient for when I need a quick snack or small meal replacement, and/or don't have time to mix up a protein shake from powder.
Delivered on time, well packaged without damage. These Ensures taste great, and even better knowing they are helping me to keep up with my calories and vitamins post partum! I feel great!!
I really like this product because of the protein, I had surgery and was on a liquid diet , this help me alot in staying full and giving me all I need to stay healthy. Love the chocolate flavor. I'm back on solid food again but I still replace a meal with ensure . I wish they could cut some of the sugar since I'm diabetic.
