I have been using this for maybe close to 1 year now. As far as I know it is a good product.
Actually seems to be doing good! Feeling more energetic on mornings I take it. Only take in mornings and add the mineral and vites in afternoon. This would seem to fit the proper protocol since it can interfere with mineral absorption. I haven’t taken it long enough but so far if it continues as it is I will probably be buying another bottle.
