This vitamin and mineral supplement is great for us 'mature' gals. It has everything we need, and I have done well with it for several years now. Nothing out there as good.
I have used Enzymatic Therapy products for 15+ years because I trust the quality. Swanson adds the value by their discounted prices. Normal daily dosage is 6 per day so I take 3 with breakfast and 3 with dinner. I don't believe that the 1-a-day type of vitamins can provide all the nutrients that we need. Love all the ingredients they include. Just missing the kitchen sink. Ha!
I feel better after taking these vitamins. I have tried various brands, and I believe these are the best yet. I have compared the vitamins and the daily percentage in these and found them to be superior.
The tablets are coated with a smooth, slippery covering. The shape is more flat with rounded edges. It's easy to swallow 3 at a time. No icky vitamin smell. Power-packed with optimun dosage of essential vits & other should-have stuff. So many great nutrients in only one bottle.
I have been using this vitamin product for 17 years. I tried cheaper brands, but they seem to constipated me. I will just stick with Doctor's Choice 45+ for Women
I've taken this multi-vitamin for years on recommendation of my doctor. Although the makeup of the pills have changed over the years - they still do the job. One thing that I don't like in the change is the odor put off and that 3 pills have to be taken twice a day. Otherwise they are and excellent product for menopausal or post-meopausal women.
This company is recommended by the doctors. Good amount of vitamins and minerals. Easy to swallow. Reasonable price. I just don't like that it contains some added ingredients like "Magnesium Stearate"
I tried this vitamin because of the reviews. I am sure it is great vitamin but for my special health circumstances, it did not work for me. I am returning them and have ordered some liquid vitamins.
It is not easy to find a multi formula for post-menopausal women containing every supplemental nutrient desirable, yet lacks allergens like gluten, and is recognizable in hand next to other supplements used. I thought I'd found one with this product-but now that the green is gone and the shape of the tablet seems altered, I'm frustrated. Still, I'll probably re-order (reluctantly), because the remaining nutrient combo remains good.
It’s got everything older women like me need. But my husband calls it the stinky pill! I’d like to find one that has the same benefits but doesn’t smell so bad.
