So far so good. I took a chance on trying this sleep product and I'm glad it worked for me. You drift off to sleep and feel relaxed in the morning. This is how you are suppose to feel. If you have trouble falling to sleep this is for you.
I finally got a good night sleep I got these yesterday took one last night and slept great. I recommend this product I've tried them all and this one worked for me.
I use this on my Doctors advice every night for a sound refreshing sleep. I dream more which means more REM sleep that is the refreshing sleep we all need.
