Speaking as a retired pharmacist: I see benefits from taking only one tablet daily. For the tricky issue of bowel regulation, do try this >> and if it doesn't work for you ~ then return it.
This product is working as stated. I have reduced the recommended dosage from two pills to one and so far it is still effective. This seems to be a good product.
I'm a retired pharmacist. Bowel function is "tricky." This works for me, dosage one daily - or less. Do as I did = try a bottle, then order more ~ or return. Value issue: for me, it's well worth it.
everyone system is differnet, but i can tell you that i tried many products over a 14 month time period, only magnesium and Enzymatic Therapy produced any results for me. I took in the evening and about 90% of the time i had success.
I have found this product to work well and keep me regular, even though I have terrible eating habits. I take one a day with my other vitamins and try and drink 60 0z of water through out the day.
I've been using this product for a while. It doesn't work as good as LBC-LAX but Swanson doesn't carry LBC-LAX.
Didn't do a thing. I'm sending it back.
