I have taken this for many years, it is a very good product, and I would recommend it to anyone.
This is good product with all that you need for assimilation. This is a great price , easily ordered, and delivered to your door.
I have used osteoprime off and on for about 10 years. In the past it has had some benefit. There was a two year follow up and repeat of a bone dexa scan that I had years ago while taking osteoprime which showed that I remained stable and in fact has some minor improvement. Maintaining regular weight bearing exercise also helped.
I have been taking this since 2007. My scans for osteoporis aren't any worse.

This product is all in one for exactly as it is named, for my age, 71, my bones need all the ingredients and I do not have to take several other products to accomplish the end result.
