`With my stressful life lately it really takes the edge during the day and makes my sleep deeper and longer. I don't wake up in the middle of the night after I take this supplement. I give it 5 stars.
This product is great to take in the morning when I know I will have an intense day. It helps take the edge off and stay focused.
I have been using this product for about 15 years. It really truly works and is extremely helpful. Does exactly what it's named "relax -o-zyme!"
I used Relax-o-zyme years ago when I worked in a meat packing house. Then I moved and the local health food store didn't carry it. I am so gald to have found it again. I used it before and I use it again to help relax mind and body so I get quality sleep. It still works great.
Very disappointed in "relax-o-zyme". It did absolutely nothing except give me an upset stomach.
I don't really know if it works, it smells like really bad cheese
