with some sleep problems [C-Pap] I am using Sleep Tonight on a regular basis. It works and my oncologist says it is good to fight reoccurrence of cancer. As I understand the trouble some have is with form and dose of Melatonin and this seems just perfect for me although as a big person I do take closer to three than two and a half.
I no longer toss and turn each night if I injest Sleep Tonight 1/2 before bedtime.
This sleep aid didn't help me sleep or make me drowsy. I even increased the dosage and still nothing. However, I have found that Melatonin and products that include it to help sleep are very brand dependent, so it's possible that this will work for you. I did like the dropper and the taste was a tart/sweet cherry flavor, slightly sugary.
