I have tried many natural sleep remedies and this is one of the best. It even helps me sleep if I have consumed caffein or some sugar, both which tend to keep me awake. Another Enzymatic Therapy product that I use with it is the "Fatigued to Fantastic" sleep remedy formula capsules.
i used to take udream but this seems to work pretty good its based on adaptogens which my body seems to respond to
I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep due to the stress in my life. This product helps me relax so I can fall asleep more quickly. It also helps me go back to sleep when I wake up during the night.
This supplement does not make me fall asleep, but it is a huge help in relaxing and winding down for bed. I have had trouble falling asleep for years, and following a good evening routine and using Sleep Tonight has solved the problem. It does not cause crazy dreams or morning grogginess; this is a big improvement over other products for sleep. If you are stressed and "wound-up" at bedtime, I highly recommend it.
Since trying the sleep tonight enzymatic therapy I have gained many hours of REM sleep that had been frequently interrupted previously.
It claims to provide restorative sleep and reduce the cortisol that adds belly fat to the middle aged waist line. Can't be sure of the second claim, but I do sleep sounder and require less sleep to feel good. It also reduces the symptoms of menopause, particularly the restless nights and crazy dreams!
Need I say more? i have fibromyalgia so sleeping is a challenge. I took 1 pill and sleep came naturally - for me, it means 1,5 to 2 hours later. I then slept like a baby, woke up just one (yay!) just to have some water and immediately slept again. I woke up today absolutely refreshed and not groggy at all. Just loved it. Will continue taking it.
I like this product a lot. I have trouble "shutting off" my brain at night, but this seems to help. My biggest disappointment with it is the packaging. There are only 28 pills (more would be nice), but they come in an enormous bottle. The pills don't even fill a quarter of the bottle. It's a shame and a waste. But the product does what it claims to for me.
For sleep, I would generally think of multiple substances. The item "Sleep Tonight" is one of the few that suffice alone. Its constituents, of which there are at least ten, make up enough.
I have used products made by Enzymatic Therapy and have never been disappointed until using this one. This product did not help me sleep at all. In fact, when I took it, I was relaxed all night, but never drifted into a deep sleep. For whatever reason, it had the opposite effect on me that it should have. For that reason, I will not purchase it again.
