I am very happy with this printer.
I brought this product to help me with my small business. Setup didn't take long. You also receive a CD to make the setup and installation even more easy. Great product. Print quality is great.
The EcoTank is way better than the old cartridges.The printer is easy to set up and provides good copies of documents. My only criticism is that the screen is too small.
Just got this printer. Pretty easy to set up and I 'm no techie. I wanted to use this printer to print pictures onto fabric paper in order to use for quilting. BLack and white prints are great, however color printing is not working well foer me. I have printed in color on regular paper and fabric paper. There are blue lines running through the entire picture. The colors are also off. Green grass actually looks yellow. I've tried troubleshooting according to the manual, but nothing has helped. Maybe this is an operator error, but none the less, I was disappointe with the color printing.
I purchased this printer and have had nothing but one thing after another . The printer now has an error message. I updated the firmware (to no avail). There is nothing in the inside of the printer, no torn paper, no jam etc. in order for me to print one thing now I have to turn it off and on. Very frustrating. This printer has caused me more downtime than you can imagine. My preferred printer has been Canon for decades however I switched because of the eco tank. I guess I'll try the Canon eco tank.
Printed less than 100 pages and its garbage. I have printed more nozzle head checks and cleaning pages and botched pages than good ones. Now it won't even do that, throwing error codes 000025 and 000033. Worst printer I have ever bought, and that is saying something.
Very bad software. Impossible to use and set up for Wi-Fi with windows 11 I had to go out and purchase an HP printer. Easy set up. Also the Epsonprinter kept jamming paper
I bought this two weeks ago and no matter what I do with linking it up with my Wifi my phone or iPad cannot fine the printer. I've reset it several times and it my devices will find it and then a couple of hours later nothing! No printers found is always what I get. I will never buy another Epson printer again! I had one years ago and was hoping they have improved their products, sadly no.
I have had this printer since July 2023. I have printed less than 50 pages and 20 of those were horrible in quality. I left the printer alone and fast forward 5 months later and I am still having ink issues. I have ran every check and test. Nothing works. I'm assuming the quality of these products has gone down because my mom still has hers from 7+ years ago and it's in excellent condition.
I thought I finally found “the” printer that stood out above the others but only after one year, this printer is about as worthless as the next. Why can't someone produce a printer that works?!?! A year in and the driver is outdated and doesn't work with current version of windows. What the heck? Do they test these pieces of garbage before selling them?! I am beyond frustrated.
