Walmart is no longer selling this in Iowa without a prescription. They will only sell the 4 hour pseudoephedrine.
For me, it's about an hour after taking to get results, and then it wears off after 6 hours. Then wait another 6 hours before I can take it again. What's the point? I'll buy the regular 4 hour next time. At least I can retake sooner.
