You can't beat it for the price.
This stuff is gold! I've never taken pre work out or any time of protein powder. I had a baby 2 months ago and have been feeling drug down and unable to find energy half way throughout my days. I decided this was inexpensive and the reviews were good. I took it this morning at 8am, and have been going great since. It's now 7pm, and I still feel great, not jittery feeling or anything. I feel well rested and energized! I will be buying this again! I am pretty active during the day time so this just helps me keep push through without needing a nap! I recommend this to anyone that's skeptical! I was unsure at first but totally satisfied after trying it. 10/10!
I typically mix a little with blueberry lemonade or grape ON Amino Energy. Perfect combination for a great workout. Also like that I'd doesn't have a bunch of wasted packaging like other pre workout powders
Great flavor, but make sure you mix it with way more water thank it says as it is quite sweet. Gave me the zip I needed to make it through my insane workout!!
I have tried so many preworkout's, and this is by far the cheapest and for me- produces same exact results! I am seeking the caffeine/ the energy rush without the notorious ‘crash' after. This gives me the boost I need to power through the workout, then again mid afternoon when the day seems wayyyy longer than it should, I take a scoop and it gives me the pick up needed to get it all done! At 1/4 the price of most, I will use this over the rest everyday!!
This has been an awesome introduction into preworkout. I had never purchased or tried one before, and so took a low-investment risk on this one. It tastes really really good in my opinion, like Kool-Aid or something similar. I dont know if some other preworkouts are maybe more explosive or give you more energy, but this one seems to keep my energy up nicely throughout my hour long (ish) workouts. It doesnt make me itchy at all, which I heard some can do - maybe it depends on the person. All in all I think its a good product for the price and would recommend it to others who havent tried other pre-workout powders and want to give them a whirl.

I would give it 5 stars if it didn't cause me to itch. It works for energy and for the price very affordable and I would recommend over the overpriced ones.
I use it 30 mins before my workout and it helps. Tastes like a real sugary koolaid drink. I use it at night when i go to gym and it dosnt keep me up io im able to sleep find. Its ok as a starter for a pre work out
It's ok. Had a good taste, it gave me a good buzz the 1st three times, but wore off quickly once I started working out. The next three servings, absolutely nothing. I'll keep it at work as we have a small fitness center, just in case I don't make it to the gym one morning. Maybe it's because I'm used to taking BSN N.O. Explode, Muscletech Shatter SX-7, Muscle Pharm Assault, BSN Hyper FX, Muscletech Black Onyx, etc. It's only $10, so for some it just may work.
